Most of the files are downloaded without any issues, but it looks like 2-3 of them normally timeout. It's almost never the same file, and like I said, most of them download without any issues. Is there a way to find out what the default timeout period is, and can i modify it so that it doesn't timeout while running the script? So, are you getting a timeout, or a deadlock response message? Because that makes a big difference. I found some articles that state certain version of SQL 2008 have this deadlock bug when using user defined types and variables, but that seems unlikely in your case.
